Tara – 12 year old female Cross-Breed

Image
Tara is a small to medium sized female crossbred aged around twelve years old. Fostered in Norwich Norfolk. Tara originally came into our care several years ago. She was rehomed along with two other of our dogs but they have sadly all had to come back to us recently as their adopters unexpected health issues means she can no longer care for them. Tara has lived with cats and dogs but could happily be the only dog in the home. She loves her walks and is in good health for her age. She will need an adult family and can be wary of some men. TERMS AND CONDITIONS When you adopt a Safe Rescue dog, you MUST use a slip lead. This will keep your dog safe: your new dog will be nervous and will not trust you, and you will not know which situations might upset your dog. If your dog panics, then a slip lead is the only way to prevent your dog from escaping (many dogs can escape from a collar and/or harness). It will take AT LEAST 3-6 months for your dog to settle-in and for you to know your do...

Clara – 7-8 year old female Mastiff Cross

Image
Please meet Cuddly Clara! Clara is an absolutely gorgeous dope on a rope, she is a mastiff mix but who knows what her breeding, what I can say is she is an absolute dope and everyone that meets her loves her! Clara is 7/8 years old. Clara was saved from the Chinese meat market by Candy’s rescue. Yes dogs are food in China, if you don’t know the meat markets are absolutely evil and the treatment the dogs get and the things they have seen is nothing short of hell. Clara is one of the lucky ones and has come to us in the UK to find her forever home. If you are not aware, there are no animal welfare laws in China so no dog is ever safe there, which is why the dogs are sent overseas to be rehomed, to make sure they are safe and loved for life! Well, Where do I start with this Dope? She is 40kg of pure love, she is a gentle giant that just loves to be cuddled and give you her paw and she has the most smoochy face! She is a total joy to have and just likes to lay close to you. She walks ...

Suki – 6 month old female Miniature Dachshund

Image
Meet Suki, a 6 month old female Miniature Dachshund currently fostered in Gloucestershire. Suki is a beautiful young Miniature Dachshund who has just turned 6 months old and is currently being fostered in an experienced adult family home with multiple dogs. She came into our care a few weeks ago following an incident where she snapped at and bit a very young child. From the information provided, there were warning signs beforehand — Suki was clearly uncomfortable around that child and around visiting children in general. Given her age, it’s clear that something has happened to cause this fear. What we can say with certainty is that Suki is not a nasty dog — she is a sensitive baby who needs to feel safe. The dog who arrived with us was extremely wary of new people and quite barky. With time, consistency, and kindness, she has made huge progress. She now lives happily alongside five other dogs, is relaxed with the two adult children in the home and their friends, and regularly acc...

Mike – 1 year old male Beagle Cross

Image
Mike is a small to medium-sized Beagle cross-breed, around one year old, with a joyful personality and a real love for life. He currently weighs approximately twelve kilograms and is fostered in Bulgaria, where he lives happily alongside other dogs while waiting for his forever home. Mike is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and ready to travel. Mike is a bright, energetic, and playful young boy who approaches the world with curiosity and enthusiasm. He is very social and friendly, both with people and other animals, and enjoys being involved in everything that is going on around him. He is particularly affectionate with humans and thrives on companionship, happily spending time with adults and children alike. This clever boy is a fast learner and shows great interest in games, training, and new experiences. He walks well on the lead, travels calmly in the car, and is eager to please, making him a lovely candidate for continued training in his new home. His intelligence an...

Leo – 1 year old male Pocket Pointer

Image
Meet Leo, a 1.5 year old male Pointer (Pocket Type) who’s small in size at only 4kg but big in heart! His start to life hasn’t been kind — likely from a puppy mill and later found abandoned. The people who found him tried to help but, without experience or guidance, he became reactive and ended up tied outside most of the day. He was sadly at risk of being put to sleep before coming into our care. Since then, Leo has had double patella surgery and shown amazing progress. He’s playful, affectionate, and doing well with calm dogs of similar size. However, he’s now starting to get depressed in the kennels and urgently needs a loving home. We’re looking for an experienced, adult-only home with no other dogs or cats. Leo needs someone patient and understanding and who believes that every dog deserves a chance to be the best dog they can be. It’s true – Leo is definitely a work in progress, but if you are that super special person who can give brave little Leo the structure, kindness, s...

Jackie – 5 year old male Cross-Breed

Image
Our extra special boy Jackie is approximately five years old with the appearance of an undersized Labrador. Jackie weighs just eight kilos and measures ten inches from shoulder to paw. Jackie has been in our Cyprus shelter for a little over a month following the sad passing of his owner. Jackie is a tripod with his rear left leg missing. We believe this is as a result of a birth defect. Jackie is an affable and jolly little chap with a big heart and a huge personality. A beautiful appearance with a soft brown coat with subtle hints of white. His puppy dog eyes and zest for life are inspirational. Such a wonderful opportunity for an experienced dog owning family who will be blessed when Jackie joins them for his so deserved forever home. Jackie walks nicely on his lead and seems to mix perfectly well with other dogs and children. He is however not cat tolerant. https://www.dogsblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/7b63d91d-b1b6-4137-a502-50aabf3c29c3-1.mp4

Maggie – 1 year old female Cross-Breed

Image
Maggie is a 1 year old female Cross-Breed, expected to be medium-sized when fully grown. She is currently in Hungary and is adorable and playful, as expected for her age. Seven siblings were born in an abandoned property with their mum struggling to feed them when she was emaciated herself. They were taken in by the local shelter at three weeks of age. The whole litter was stunningly beautiful, and only two pups are still waiting for their families. Maggie is fully vaccinated, free from parasites, and ready to travel. She comes with an EU passport. She can live with dogs and older children. The right owner will need to agree to have her spayed once fully grown. Home check and adoption fee apply. Full RBU.

Jenny – 10 year old female Airedale Terrier Cross

Image
Jenny is a 10 year old female Airedale Terrier Cross with a heartbreaking past and a heart full of hope. For seven long years, she was left chained outside without shelter or kindness, while the world looked away. Her suffering only came to light by chance — her rescuers were returning another dog when they saw her standing there, neglected and desperate. Jenny’s eyes lit up as if she knew this was her moment, and when her owner was asked to surrender her, he did so without hesitation. Since that day, Jenny has been safe, but her home has been a kennel. A whole year has passed, and she is still waiting for the love she has never truly known. Jenny is gentle and people-oriented. She loves her walks and is good on the lead, though she can be a little strong at times. She enjoys chasing a ball and, while she isn’t interested in making doggy friends, she’s content as long as her space is respected. Jenny would be happiest as the only dog in the home so she doesn’t have to share attent...

Barney – 5 year old male Cross-Breed

Image
Barney is an 5 year old male Cross-Breed. He has spent his entire life in a foster shelter, where he has been well cared for and socialised. As a friendly and affectionate dog, Barney has lovely markings that make him stand out, including a distinctive patch over his eye that adds to his charm. Despite his time in the shelter, Barney remains a cheerful and loving companion who is eager to find his forever home. He has been cat-tested and has shown he can live harmoniously with cats, which is a positive trait for potential adopters with feline friends. He is friendly with other dogs, friendly but nervous of humans. Barney is expected to be a smallish adult, making him a suitable choice for those who prefer a smaller dog. He is microchipped, vaccinated, and has undergone various tests to ensure his health and well-being. Additionally, Barney comes with a pet passport, which can be advantageous for future travel or if moving abroad. Being one of several siblings also awaiting ...

Bonnie – 1 year old female Labrador Retriever

Image
Meet Bonnie, a one year old female Labrador Retriever from working stock — smaller in size but bursting with personality and that signature Labrador charm. Bonnie is full of love, life, and enthusiasm for everyone she meets. She’s the kind of dog who greets every new person like an old friend and can’t wait to make every dog her new playmate. Bonnie is looking for a new home because her current owner is going away for a year, and it wouldn’t be fair for her to go into foster care. Ideally, she’ll move straight into her forever home to avoid the stress of rescue life. Bonnie is a happy, affectionate girl who loves people and dogs alike. She’s still very much a puppy — full of energy and excitement — and can be a bit giddy on walks, pulling on the lead out of pure enthusiasm. She’s also a bit too exuberant with visitors, but with some consistent training, she’ll learn her manners quickly. With plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and positive guidance, Bonnie will grow into the a...

Myles – 2 year old male Labrador Retriever cross Pointer

Image
Hello, I’m Myles. I’m a handsome 2 year old male Labrador Retriever cross Pointer with a gentle nature and a big heart. My story began when a kind volunteer rescued me as I was crossing a busy road. Now, I’m ready for the next chapter—a loving home where I can truly thrive. I’m sweet, affectionate, and great with other dogs. I’m looking for an active family who will give me the time, patience, and guidance I need to learn everything about being the best companion. Whether you already have dogs or not, I’ll fit right in. I just need someone who will help me blossom into the amazing dog I’m meant to be. If you have cats, I can be tested to make sure we’ll get along. What I really want is a family who will open their hearts and give me the chance to show how loyal and loving I can be. Could I be the perfect addition to your home? https://www.dogsblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/AQPIdQWQjQEQVEOFmfso6zqQA7pKwZpz9kgLYs5_b_tYecvbME5qZevKwIi47rJEkFK_qeORtAw0Sm8l7LAWuLyS.mp4 https://...

Robbie – 2 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Pocket Bully

Image
Robbie is a 2 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Pocket Bully. Robbie sadly came back to us through no fault of his own, his owners had a change in work patterns and were heartbroken to have to give him up. He’s a young adult Staffordshire bull terrier X Pocket Bully mix with a heart of gold. He loves company, fuss and a cuddle so is really struggling with kennel life. He loves to be outdoors enjoying his zoomies, not cooped in a kennel environment. He can live with older children, but they would need to be dog savvy as he can be quite “enthusiastic” sometimes, but it is all good natured! Robbie needs a pet free home as he doesn’t want to share his space with another dog (or cat), he hasn’t shown reactivity to other dogs on walks, so is manageable to walk & handle. We’ve found him to be a firm favourite with volunteers and we all really want the best for him, to be in the best home who can give him everything he needs. https://www.dogsblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2...

Bruno – 3 year old male American Bulldog

Image
Meet Bruno – A Gentle Soul Looking for a Fresh Start Bruno, a 3 year old male American Bulldog, came into our care through no fault of his own after his owner sadly passed away. Following this, poor Bruno experienced a very distressing situation when he was removed from his home. He was at risk of being euthanised in police kennels, but thankfully we were able to step in just in time and give him the second chance he deserved. Understandably, Bruno arrived feeling nervous and unsure of the world. But with patience and kindness, he’s been growing in confidence every day. He’s formed lovely bonds with our staff, enjoys meeting new volunteers, and absolutely loves his gentle walks—plodding along, taking in the scenery, and having a good sniff. Once he gets to know you, Bruno shows his true nature: a sweet, affectionate boy who loves fuss and closeness. Despite his size, he walks beautifully on the lead—you sometimes forget he’s even there! As we don’t know much about his background,...

Rhea – 1 year old female Pinscher

Image
Rhea is a 1.5-year-old female Pincher. She weighs just 7kg, making her a tiny companion with a lot of charm packed into a small frame. Her chocolate and toffee colouring adds to her sweet and distinctive look. Rhea is currently living in a shelter alongside other dogs, although she would ideally prefer being the only dog in the home. She absolutely thrives on human affection and is the type who’ll happily soak up every cuddle going. Her gentle nature makes her an easy dog to bond with. Rhea can live with cats, which is a big bonus for multi-pet households. She walks beautifully on a lead and has already been spayed, vaccinated, and housetrained. Her calm manner on walks shows just how well she adapts to routine. Rhea would be an ideal match for a retired single person or a couple who can give her consistent attention and affection. She really shines in a peaceful, loving environment where she can feel secure. Her affectionate temperament means she’ll quickly become the heart of the...

Niebla – 9 week old male Pointer Cross

Image
Currently in Spain, transport available to the UK. Niebla is a medium Pointer cross pup, 9 weeks old Niebla and his siblings were born at the start of October. Their mum is a 5 year old pointer who is kept as a pet rather than a hunting dog. Her owner lives between two homes in the south of Spain and housekeepers look after the house and pets when she is not at her countryside home. Unfortunately, mum recently got pregnant without anybody knowing, resulting in seven lovely surprises! The housekeeper asked one of our lovely in contacts in Spain for help finding the puppies new homes and so that’s where we stepped in. The pups are typical young dogs, learning to explore the world. They will grow up to be active dogs and although we aren’t sure what breed dad is, it is suspected it may be the neighbours setter. Whatever they are, they are likely to be a wonderful mix of gundog breeds as spanish pointers often have a lovely mix in them too, making them very unique and wonderful chara...

Jack – 6 year old male Cross-Breed

Image
Jack is a six year old medium sized crossbreed. Jack is fostered in Wymondham Norfolk. Blue eyed Jack used to belong to a family who kept him in a 2×2 pen. Not on a chain but never walked, never socialized. Then at some point they got bored with him and wanted to get a terra nova or something similar to replace him with. A neighbour took Jack, but could not keep him since she already had a lot of dogs. So he was moved to a private shelter where he stayed for close to two years and where we visited him on two previous trips. He’s an absolute sweetheart. Jack is now looking for his forever home. Jack can be strong on lead as he loves his walks. He gets on ok with other dogs but would prefer to live with a calmer female or as an only dog. Jack really likes children and could live with respectful children aged seven plus. Jack enjoys structure and routine and would be particularly good at something like agility or hoopers. Have you got a place in your heart for this blue eyed boy? ...

Marcy – 15 month old female Cross-Breed

Image
Marcy is a 15 month old female Cross-Breed who was found living as a stray on the beach in Cyprus, surviving off scraps and the kindness of strangers. Timid but never aggressive, she watched the world with quiet curiosity, just hoping for someone to give her a chance. Now safe in kennels, she’s slowly starting to come out of her shell. She’s gentle, observant, and beginning to accept affection from the kennel team, especially from those who move at her gentle pace. She is also very good and playful with the other dogs. She hasn’t lived in a home yet, so she’ll need someone patient and understanding to guide her through that transition. A calm, experienced home is essential, preferably with someone familiar with shy or under-socialized dogs who can help her build confidence and discover what it means to be truly loved. She also needs another friendly dog around that would help her settle and make her feel safer. She may not know what a home feels like yet—but she knows she wants ...

Tango – 1 year old male Cross-Breed

Image
Tango is a 1 year old male Cross-Breed, expected to be medium-sized when fully grown. He was saved from the streets with his 4 siblings and their mum, who is a Dachshund cross. Tango is a very kind-natured boy—friendly, affectionate, and playful. He has a beautiful, friendly look and a well-proportioned build. He loves people and enjoys a lively, playful lifestyle. He is very social with his doggie mates and plays well with them. Tango would be best suited for a family where he is not left alone for extended periods and is treated as a family member. He would love to go on nice adventures! He will need time to settle into his new home, and his training will need to be continued. He could live happily with another friendly, playful dog or as the only dog in the home, being the centre of attention. As with all rescue dogs, he will need time, patience, love, and commitment from his adopting family to become a happy, well-balanced dog. Experience with rescue dogs is preferred. Tango ...
