Daphne – 8 year old female Cross-Breed

Daphne is an eight year old female Cross-Breed and is medium in size, known affectionately as Diva Daphne because, let’s be real, she lives for the spotlight. One bum wiggle and she’ll have your heart signed, sealed, delivered.

Known affectionately as Diva Daphne, this girl is all about being the centre of attention – and she’ll steal your heart the second you walk through the door with her beaming smile and full-body happy bum wiggle.

Daphne might only have one ear, but don’t be fooled – her superpower hearing is next-level. Rustle a treat bag and she’ll be by your side faster than you can say “good girl”! Her love of food makes her a dream to train, and she’s already made amazing progress in her foster home.

Daphne came from a background of cruelty, with trauma around her head and neck likely causing the loss of her ear. But thanks to the patience and love of her foster family, she’s made huge strides.

She now accepts a collar and has even started lead training – something we’re all incredibly proud of. While she’s not quite ready for street walks just yet, she’ll thrive in a secure garden where she can enjoy her exercise and continue her training safely.

Daphne is the perfect companion for someone who wants all the love of a dog without high physical demands. She’s affectionate, cuddly, and a world-class spooning partner! She’s clean in the home, non-destructive, and loves a quiet, cosy life filled with naps and gentle affection.

She would love a home with another doggy friend and can also live with cats. Daphne prefers female company, but her confidence around men has grown beautifully.

A calm, gentle male who respects her boundaries could be a great match. Daphne could also live with sensible teens aged 16+ who understand her needs.

The love and loyalty Daphne shows to those who give her kindness is truly heart-melting. She’s been waiting patiently in her long-term foster home for someone to see just how special she is.

Adoption fee: £300
