Suzy – 1 year old female Cross-Breed

Suzy is a 1.5 year old female Cross-Breed, medium in size. She was rescued exactly a year ago from horrid circumstances, having been thrown into a yard with her brother, Tommy, at just a few weeks of age.

They lived on piles of rubbish, frequently escaping due to inadequate fencing and roaming the streets among busy traffic, constantly in danger. When rescued, they were emaciated and full of parasites.

Suzy has grown to be a kind-natured, healthy girl who is active and playful according to her age. She is medium-sized and has a lovely cheeky character. She loves people and is very friendly around kids, too.

She is also playful and happy around other dogs.

Suzy is perhaps slightly more reserved than her brother and enjoys doggie company a lot. She loves to play and run with her mates.

Suzy would be happiest in a family where she is not left alone for extended periods and there is time for her training. We want her to be treated as a treasured member of the family and be taken on nice adventures. She will need time to settle into her new home and get used to her environment.

Suzy could happily live with another friendly and playful dog or dogs but may also be happy being the only dog and the centre of attention in the family.

As with all rescue dogs, she will need time, patience, love, and commitment from her adopting family to become a happy, well-balanced dog.

Experience with rescue dogs is preferred.

Suzy is currently in Hungary and can travel to the UK as soon as the right family is found for her.

She comes spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, flea and tick treated, with an EU passport and DEFRA-approved paperwork.

Adoption is subject to a home check and adoption fee. Full RBU provided.
