Trixie – 8 plus year old female Cross-Breed

Trixie is an 8 plus year old female small to medium sized cross breed who is currently living in a safe shelter in Romania. She is a lovely, super friendly older girl who has plenty of affection to offer and is now hoping to find a special family to spend her retirement years with. Although she is currently still in Romania, Trixie has her bags packed and is ready to travel to the UK as soon as the right home comes along. After spending time waiting for her chance, she is now looking forward to finding a permanent home where she can enjoy the comfort, security and companionship of family life.

 

Trixie has a wonderfully friendly nature and gets along well with people, making her a lovely companion for someone looking for a sociable and affectionate dog. She is also cat friendly, which is great news for households that already have cats. She is good with other dogs too and would be suitable for a home where there are existing canine companions. Her easy-going and friendly nature means she has the potential to fit into a variety of households, provided her new family can offer her the care, kindness and attention she deserves.

 

As an older girl, Trixie is looking for a home where she can enjoy a comfortable and settled lifestyle. She would be suitable for a household with children aged twelve and over, or alternatively an adult only home. Her new family will need to appreciate that she is an older dog and give her the time, understanding and affection she needs to settle into her new surroundings and enjoy her life as a much loved family member.

 

Trixie is fully vaccinated and has also been blood tested. She will come with full rescue back up and ongoing support from PennyPaws Rescue, giving her new family reassurance throughout the adoption process and beyond. A home check will be required, although this can conveniently be completed by video.

Trixie has so much love to give and is ready to leave shelter life behind for a home of her own. If you are looking for a friendly, sociable older companion who can share her home with cats and other dogs, Trixie could be the lovely addition you have been waiting for.

Phoebe is a 1-2 year old female Shepherd Cross. She sleeps downstairs in a large crate with the door open. Her current owner has been sleeping downstairs with her. Rama – 1 year old female Cross-Breed

Rama is a medium sized crossbreed aged around a year old. Rama fostered Norwich Norfolk. Rama was a pup born to a chained mum in Romania. Thankfully she was spared the horrendous fate of chained life when all of the dogs were handed over to a rescuer, Rama and her mother included. Rama is a quiet and sweet little girl who has lived in the shadow of her mum at the shelter. She’s now in a UK foster home and time spent with people is resulting in her absolutely flourishing.
