Hi… I’m Jharna

I’m a 9-year-old German Pointer, and somehow, after everything, I still believe in love.

I was found in the middle of nowhere by kind tourists who saw that I wasn’t okay. They took me to the vet, and that’s when my story came out… I had a microchip, but I had spent my life being used only for breeding.

Over and over again. And when I was no longer “useful,” it was easy to let me go.

But here’s the funny thing… I didn’t let any of that take away who I am.

Because I am still the most loving, gentle, people-obsessed girl you will ever meet. I will follow you around, lean into you, and soak up every bit of affection like I’ve been waiting for it my whole life… because I have.

I have a strong nose (typical Pointer ), and I love being outdoors. Walks, little adventures, exploring new smells… I’m always ready. And yes, I may be 9, but don’t let that fool you — I still have plenty of life, energy, and joy to share.

I can live with other dogs, or I can be your one and only queen… I’m not fussy, as long as I’m loved.

All I’ve ever really wanted is a home where I matter. Where I am more than just what I can give… but simply loved for who I am.

So… if you have a soft spot for a girl who’s been through a lot but still has the biggest heart… I’m right here, waiting for you.

Phoebe is a 1-2 year old female Shepherd Cross. She sleeps downstairs in a large crate with the door open. Her current owner has been sleeping downstairs with her.
