Cooper – 2 year old male Cross-Breed

Cooper is a 2-year-old male Cross-Breed. He is a very handsome dog who is believed to possibly be a Hungarian Vizsla cross. Cooper has a very soft and gentle nature, making him a lovely companion for the right home.

Despite his sweet temperament, he is also quite a high-energy dog who enjoys keeping active.

He absolutely loves his toys and will happily spend time playing with them, even entertaining himself when needed. Cooper enjoys his walks and finds great excitement in getting outside and exploring.

Because of his energy levels, regular exercise is important for him to stay happy and balanced.

Cooper sadly had to return to rescue because he was not receiving enough exercise in his previous home. As a result, he is now looking for a new family who can provide him with the activity and stimulation he needs.

A home with a large garden would be ideal so that he has space to play and burn off some of his energy.

Although Cooper is lively, he does know how to settle down after he has had time to play and exercise. He understands house rules and shows that he can adapt well to a home environment.

ability to relax after activity shows that he has good potential as a family companion.

Cooper is fantastic with other dogs and has a very submissive nature around them. He enjoys socialising with canine friends and is comfortable sharing his space with other dogs in the household. His friendly behaviour makes him a pleasant walking companion as well.

He is currently learning not to pull on the lead during walks. Cooper is very intelligent and responds well to training, which means he is making good progress as he continues to learn.

With continued guidance and patience, he is likely to improve further with his lead manners.

Cooper can live with children aged 12 years and over. While he is good with children, his energetic and sometimes boisterous nature means that he would be better suited to a home with older children rather than very young ones.

This will help ensure that everyone in the home is comfortable and safe.

He has not been tested with cats, so it is unknown how he would react to living with them. Any introductions to cats would need to be approached carefully if considered. His new home should be prepared to manage this uncertainty.

Cooper has already been neutered, inoculated, and microchipped. He is ready to begin the next chapter of his life with a family who can provide the exercise, care, and companionship he needs.

He is available for meet and greets by appointment at the rescue premises in Wistaston, Cheshire.
