Ghost – 9 year old male Coonhound Cross

Welcome the gentle senior gentleman, Ghost.

Ghost – 9 year old male Black and Tan Coonhound Cross, is currently in foster care in northern Italy and weighs around 30 kilograms.

Ghost’s story began in the countryside of Calabria, southern Italy, where he was found abandoned and left to survive on his own.

At his age, he wasn’t anyone’s “shiny new puppy,” and sadly, that may be why he was cast aside. But despite his rough past, Ghost has shown he’s still full of love and loyalty — he just needed someone to believe in him first.

He is now in a foster home in northern Italy, and considering all he suffered — abandonment, bullying from people and other dogs — he is unbelievably sweet.

Ghost lets you do anything, is calm when walking, very gentle, and truly a handsome boy.

He has been spotless in the home since arriving at foster: no accidents, no barking, and he gets along beautifully with the resident dog. Ghost is good with dogs, cats, and humans, making him the complete package.

Phoebe is a 1-2 year old female Shepherd Cross. She sleeps downstairs in a large crate with the door open. Her current owner has been sleeping downstairs with her.
