Please meet Beautiful Beagley!

Beagley is an absolutely gorgeous Beagle that is approx. 6 years old, He is a beautiful lad and will make a very rewarding addition to his new family.

He does suffer from a condition called dry eye and will need daily eye drops as his tear production is very low, he is brilliant having the drops put in, he knows its good for him.

Beagley was saved from the Chinese meat market by the Harbin rescue. Yes, dogs are food in China. If you don’t know, the meat markets are absolutely evil and the treatment the dogs get and the things they have seen is nothing short of hell.

Leo is one of the lucky ones and has come to us in the UK to find his forever home.

If you are not aware, there are no animal welfare laws in China so no dog is ever safe there, which is why the dogs are sent overseas to be rehomed, to make sure they are safe and loved for life!

We expected Beagley to be quite bewildered when he arrived in foster with us; he had a 14 hour flight followed by a few hours drive, although all he wanted was to have a snuggle with me. It’s very easy to fall in love with this adorable little lad.

I mean, just look at him! He took everything in his stride and even joined us on a pack walk the day after he arrived, and he loved every minute!

How anyone can think about eating this gorgeous lad, I will never know. He is absolutely fantastic, bouncy happy full of energy and just waiting for an active home to share his love of life with!

He is very typical of the breed, nose down and active when out but a couch potato indoors!

He is very food motivated, so easy to train!

Beagley is neutered, microchipped, de flead and wormed. He is fully vaccinated and tested for Rabies and Brucella before entering the UK. He is house trained walks well on the lead is not destructive and can be left for short periods .

He is a very social little fella, so could live with other dogs or would be equally happy as the only dog with lots of human company!

Beagley loves his home comforts and a cuddle. He travels very well in the car and loves an adventure; he is full of love and enthusiasm.

Whoever adopts this little lad will be very lucky indeed as he really has the most amazing, well-adjusted nature. His little bum doesn’t stop wagging!

Phoebe is a 1-2 year old female Shepherd Cross. She sleeps downstairs in a large crate with the door open. Her current owner has been sleeping downstairs with her.
