Morante – 2 year old male Galgo

Morante is a 2 year old male Galgo, born on 22/07/2022.

He was rescued by Galgos Rescue Almeria and has adjusted well since arriving in the UK.

Morante is a smooth, confident, and sociable dog, particularly enjoying meeting new people and dogs.

His striking eyes and beautiful spotty chest make him a standout companion.

Morante loves his walks and snuggle time, making him a joy to be with.

While Morante has made excellent progress adapting to family life, he currently feels insecure about being left at home.

His foster mum is supporting him with this, and it may help if he has another dog companion to make him feel more secure.

His progress is being continually assessed and reviewed.

Morante is not cat friendly, so he will need a home without cats.

He is currently fostered in Newcastle, where he is thriving with the support of his foster family.

Phoebe is a 1-2 year old female Shepherd Cross. She sleeps downstairs in a large crate with the door open. Her current owner has been sleeping downstairs with her.
