Marcy – 15 month old female Cross-Breed

Marcy is a 15 month old female Cross-Breed who was found living as a stray on the beach in Cyprus, surviving off scraps and the kindness of strangers.

Timid but never aggressive, she watched the world with quiet curiosity, just hoping for someone to give her a chance.

Now safe in kennels, she’s slowly starting to come out of her shell. She’s gentle, observant, and beginning to accept affection from the kennel team, especially from those who move at her gentle pace.

She is also very good and playful with the other dogs.

She hasn’t lived in a home yet, so she’ll need someone patient and understanding to guide her through that transition.

A calm, experienced home is essential, preferably with someone familiar with shy or under-socialized dogs who can help her build confidence and discover what it means to be truly loved.

She also needs another friendly dog around that would help her settle and make her feel safer.

She may not know what a home feels like yet—but she knows she wants one. Could you be the one to show her?
