Peaches is a 9-year-old female Cross-Breed seeking her forever home in Nottinghamshire. This beautiful girl has faced significant challenges throughout her life, having been used as a breeding machine and left outside to fend for herself and raise her pups.

After years of being neglected, Peaches found herself in a pound as a stray, and now she is ready for a loving family that will cherish her.

Despite her tough past, Peaches has a delightful nature and thrives on human companionship. She adores being around people and has a joyful spirit. While she may snub requests for kisses, her affectionate personality shines through in her interactions.

Peaches walks wonderfully on the lead and loves to explore her surroundings, enjoying the scents and sights during her adventures. Her age does not hinder her; she can keep up with her younger kennel mates and gets excited when it’s time for a walk, bouncing and spinning with joy.

Peaches could potentially live with a calmer, neutered male dog if introductions are successful, showcasing her adaptability. However, since she came to the shelter as a stray, it’s unclear how she would fare with children.

While she has a gentle nature, any children in the home should be aged 12 years and over to ensure a harmonious environment.

What Peaches needs now is a home where she is valued for who she is, rather than for any past purpose. She deserves a loving family that will provide her with the care and attention she has longed for.

Boton is a 5 month old male Basset Fauve de Bretagne Cross. He is the result of another irresponsible litter. We rescued the mother with her babies when they were one month old in Northern Spain. After fighting against parvovirus only 2 babies survived and Botón is one of them. Poor Boton has had some bad luck in his short life… We thought we had found a lovely home for him, and then without so much as an explanation, the prospective adopters disappeared.
