Mint – 5 year old male English Setter

Mint is a five year old male English Setter.

Mint is a very striking boy with unique colouring. He is a very active dog with lots of energy and lots of fun!

He shares his kennel with five other Setters and they all get on great together. He is one of the biggest characters amongst them.

Mint is very affectionate with people and in the shelter, he comes when he’s called but of course that may be different on an exciting walk!

Mint is in the shelter we work with in North Spain. He was abandoned by his hunter as he wasn’t suitable for hunting.

Mint was born 10th June 2019.

Mint is currently in North Spain but his bag is packed and he is ready to travel to his special home in the UK.

Boton – 5 month old male Basset Fauve de Bretagne Cross

Boton is a 5 month old male Basset Fauve de Bretagne Cross. He is the result of another irresponsible litter. We rescued the mother with her babies when they were one month old in Northern Spain. After fighting against parvovirus only 2 babies survived and Botón is one of them. Poor Boton has had some bad luck in his short life… We thought we had found a lovely home for him, and then without so much as an explanation, the prospective adopters disappeared. So for this reason, Boton is still looking for his forever home, and we really want to make sure this time around, it’s the right one. His brother was recently adopted to the UK, and is doing very well, settling in like an absolute star and loving the company and attention of his new family. Boton is a well socialised and happy boy, he loves to play with other dogs and is friendly towards people, but he hasn’t been used to life in a home environment, so his future family need to be patient and understanding with him, to help him
