For Adoption – Meet Bouncy Bruno

Bruno is a 1 year old male Border terrier cross.

Bruno loves everyone. He has met lots of people in our walks and has had regular visitors to the foster home, he has been extremely friendly to all, if not a little over excited at times!

He is an affectionate boy who does enjoy a little cuddle when he is ready to relax after a busy day.

Bruno is a real character, He will need an active and stimulating home to keep him busy and out of mischief! He a highly intelligent, young and active boy. He is working through some late puppy phases at the moment in his foster home but is learning and loving the training.

He will need ongoing training in his new home, being young and not having the opportunity previously to learn, he loves treats and has come so far in his foster home.

Bruno will need a decent size garden as he loves to play ball and zoomies, the garden is his favourite place, He also loves to sunbathe. Bruno loves toys of all shapes and sizes, ragging, chasing and shaking them up in true terrier style, he loves to play!

We feel Bruno would benefit from living with another resident dog, playful but calm and willing to show him the way. A Home without a resident dog maybe considered if you can provide enough training and stimulation, a good match for Bruno.

He loves meeting dogs on his walk and pretty much anyone! He loves to be out exploring and making all friends along the way- even some chickens!

Bruno is looking to live with children aged 14 plus, due to his puppy like behaviour and training, stimulation needed.

He is a very confident little chap and is able to be left alone for short periods with no problems.

He has not been cat tested.

Bruno will be a lovely and loyal companion, you will have so much fun learning and playing together, but you must be committed to helping him grow and continue learning. Terrier experience would be ideal.

Bruno is currently living in Hayling Island with his foster mummy.

Boton – 5 month old male Basset Fauve de Bretagne Cross

Boton is a 5 month old male Basset Fauve de Bretagne Cross. He is the result of another irresponsible litter. We rescued the mother with her babies when they were one month old in Northern Spain. After fighting against parvovirus only 2 babies survived and Botón is one of them. Poor Boton has had some bad luck in his short life… We thought we had found a lovely home for him, and then without so much as an explanation, the prospective adopters disappeared. So for this reason, Boton is still looking for his forever home, and we really want to make sure this time around, it’s the right one. His brother was recently adopted to the UK, and is doing very well, settling in like an absolute star and loving the company and attention of his new family.
