BOLT – 10 month old male Jack Russell Terrier

BOLT is a 10-month-old male Wire-haired Jack Russell Terrier, a small-sized pup with a height of 28 cm and weighing 9kg. This energetic and friendly puppy is currently available for adoption in the Midlands.

BOLT is house trained, lead trained, and has been castrated. His previous family, who received him as a present, had a child shortly after. Unfortunately, the child developed allergic reactions to dogs, leading the family to make the difficult decision to rehome BOLT.

Despite the challenges, BOLT remains an adorable and playful pup, displaying a loving and curious nature. His intelligence and friendly demeanor make him well-suited for families with experience in Jack Russell or Terrier breeds.

BOLT is sociable with everyone he meets, showing particular enthusiasm for men, children above the age of 5, and other dogs. Although untested with cats, caution is advised.

BOLT’s ideal home would be with an active family who can provide him with the walks, playtime, and runs that he craves. Being fully toilet trained, he is ready to adapt to a new environment with patience and care.

While BOLT is affectionate and loves being close to humans, he thrives even more when surrounded by the company of other dogs, making a home with another friendly dog highly recommended.

For prospective adopters, it’s essential to understand that BOLT, being a young and active pup, may engage in play with children in a manner similar to how he interacts with fellow puppies, including mouthing.

Therefore, families with kids aged 5 and above are recommended. Despite the need for ongoing training, BOLT has no known health issues, has been castrated, and comes with a full vaccination pack, worms treatment, and a microchip.

The adoption process involves collection from the Midlands or, in some cases, a part-way meeting can be arranged within the UK.

Boton is a 5 month old male Basset Fauve de Bretagne Cross. He is the result of another irresponsible litter. We rescued the mother with her babies when they were one month old in Northern Spain. After fighting against parvovirus only 2 babies survived and Botón is one of them. Poor Boton has had some bad luck in his short life… We thought we had found a lovely home for him, and then without so much as an explanation, the prospective adopters disappeared. So for this reason, Boton is still looking for his forever home, and we really want to make sure this time around, it’s the right one.
