Doc – 1-2 year old male French Bulldog

Doc is a 1-2 year old male French Bulldog. He was skinny when he arrived and still has a way to go with his weight gain but once he is settled and feels at home this will come.

Doc has had airway surgery as his airways were awful and he could barely breathe, so he has had the airways widened, he also appears to have had elbow surgery at some point as he has a lump and a scar which our vet believes to be elbow surgery. So he has had his full MOT and is now ready to go.

He is small and mighty and full of character and mischief, but most of all snuggles, he is an absolute snuggle bug!! Doc arrived with us after he was frequently found straying and eventually he was left unclaimed. What a gorgeous little snuggle bug he has become. Such a shame for such a gorgeous little lad to find himself homeless!

Doc is a lively happy little lad that would love a family to play with him and keep him occupied, he loves a walk and loves to greet everyone he meets! He absolutely adores other dogs outside of the home, but inside the home he gets grumpy with other dogs coming into his space so would be best as the only dog in the home.

He could potentially live with a companion, but he can be bossy so would be best with a laid-back female, he can live with children 10 years plus. Doc is fine to be left for short periods, and is non-destructive. Doc is a gorgeous happy lad that so desperately needs a forever home and family to grow up with. He is the sweetest little cuddle bug ever – he cant get close enough to you!

Doc is like living with a little comedian, he is always making you laugh with his antics and expressions, it’s hard to be sad with Doc in the house!! Doc walks well on the lead and is great off lead, he loves to chase other dogs and play ball with you, but his favourite thing is to snuggle. Doc would love to be able to sleep on the bed with you, he will make a fantastic little sidekick for someone, he really is beautiful inside and out!

Boton – 5 month old male Basset Fauve de Bretagne Cross

Boton is a 5 month old male Basset Fauve de Bretagne Cross. He is the result of another irresponsible litter. We rescued the mother with her babies when they were one month old in Northern Spain. After fighting against parvovirus only 2 babies survived and Botón is one of them. Poor Boton has had some bad luck in his short life… We thought we had found a lovely home for him, and then without so much as an explanation, the prospective adopters disappeared. So for this reason, Boton is still looking for his forever home, and we really want to make sure this time around, it’s the right one. His brother was recently adopted to the UK, and is doing very well, settling in like an absolute star and loving the company and attention of his new family.
