Louis – 1 year old male German Shepherd Cross

Louis is a 1 year old male German Shepherd Cross. He is a rescue from Cyprus currently living in the Stowmarket area and looking for his perfect forever home. Here is a little about him. Louis is a very handsome, large size boy, weighing around 35 kg and he has a gorgeous, teddy bear coat.

He is still a pup at heart, bouncy, fun, loves to play fetch and tug. He can be calm and loving too. He adores water and sometimes sticks his nose into his water bowl to blow bubbles.

He walks reasonably well on the lead and is learning recall. Travels well in the car. Louis is good with humans he knows. Unfortunately he is not happy sharing with the eldest dog in his current home.

Louis’ ideal home would be as an only pet where he can be the centre of attention that he deserves. No children due to his size and bounce, and his new family should want to enjoy walks and exercise with him. This boy really has the potential to be a fabulous companion and just needs a person to give him that chance.

He has been vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. Minimum adoption donation of £375 applies. ADOPTION IS SUBJECT TO A SATISFACTORY APPLICATION AND HOME CHECK. Post adoption support is available from our rescue.

Our rescue must be informed at any time of a change in circumstances and our dog returned to one of our volunteers where required. Louis must never be handed over to any UK Rescue or sold or adopted on without our knowledge. We will always endeavour to rehome our dogs if necessary.

Boton – 5 month old male Basset Fauve de Bretagne Cross

Boton is a 5 month old male Basset Fauve de Bretagne Cross. He is the result of another irresponsible litter. We rescued the mother with her babies when they were one month old in Northern Spain. After fighting against parvovirus only 2 babies survived and Botón is one of them. Poor Boton has had some bad luck in his short life… We thought we had found a lovely home for him, and then without so much as an explanation, the prospective adopters disappeared. So for this reason, Boton is still looking for his forever home, and we really want to make sure this time around, it’s the right one.
