Leo – 12 month old male Cross-Breed

Leo is a 12 month old male Cross-Breed. He is a medium build approximatelyl 19-21kgs (smaller and thinner in size than a Labrador). He is a smooth coated dog so we don’t think will shed a lot within the home. He is neutered, fully vaccinated and blood tested all of which are in his passport.

Leo is such a happy playful boy and is very friendly around children, humans and cats! At the moment Leo is in Aberdeen in foster and we are looking for his forever home before Christmas if that’s possible?

His foster says that Leo is such a happy intelligent boy who is trying hard to get into Arthur the cats’ good books so they can play together.

Leo is a dog who loves the company of other dogs and humans, so a resident dog that likes to play and run would be a perfect match for Leo with a secure garden. Leo has a lot of energy so would suit a house that is fairly active, or he would get bored easily.

Leo is gentle, kind and super intelligent and is not aggressive about anything in any way. Leo is nearly house trained which is brilliant considering he has never lived in a house before – at the moment he is having the occasional accident overnight, but this will stop in a week or two!

Leo walks well with a harness and is just starting to learn how good life can be. Leo was found abandoned in a park in Romania. He waited 2 weeks for his owner to return – eating out of bins to stay alive. He was taken by our rescuer Dana to her kennels and became unwell after catching Parvo virus. After 10 days of battling for life he was finally released back to Dana and here he is, looking for his forever home.

Now we need to find his perfect home.

We do not adopt to families with resident children under the age of 7 years old and try where possible to cat test our dogs. Please note, all our dogs have comprehensive blood works as well as being fully vaccinated/microchipped and registered to the new owner.

We also neutered/spayed responsibly and provide full post adoption support. Home check/application form apply as well as telephone/video call.
