Guay – 3 year old male English Setter

Guay is a large English Setter, 3 years old.

Guay, which means cool in Spanish, is an absolute smashing boy!

He’s sadly had to go to a foster home in Hampshire recently and the changes have stressed him out quite a lot so he is looking for a quiet and patient home where he can decompress, relax and learn to thrive again.

He has lived with another dog and cat and did very well once adjusted to living in a family home. He is toilet trained and can be left for short periods of time.

He has always loved people and is very happy to receive attention which isn’t hard to get when you’re that handsome! He loves to run and be outdoors but is also happy snoozing the day away on a sofa!

He doesn’t show any fears from his past life and is happy around new people.

In Spain, he was extremely sociable, playful and affectionate. He geot along with every dog he met, but always preferred the company of people.

Guay doesn’t show any dependence on other dogs so he could be the only dog in his new home or live with another friendly resident dog.

He needs a family happy to work on his lead training and the patience to give him time to decompress from all the changes.
