Rene – 4 year old male Spanish Greyhound (Galgo)

Rene is a 4-year-old male Spanish Greyhound (Galgo) who is remarkably resilient despite his blindness.

This impairment doesn’t hinder his zest for life, and he embraces each moment with enthusiasm.

He shares a special bond with his human and appears content around other dogs, although his blindness may affect his ability to pick up on their social cues.

Being blind, Rene requires a family that can offer a significant amount of time and attention, as the adjustment to his visual impairment may present some challenges.

Nevertheless, he thrives on belly rubs, snuggling, and playfulness, showcasing a joyful spirit that persists despite his condition. Rene’s adaptable nature suggests that he could find companionship in a home with older children.

Currently residing in one of our foster homes in Glasgow, Rene’s unique qualities make him a delightful addition to any family willing to provide the support and love he needs.
