Pixie – 6 month old female Cross-Breed

Image
Pixie is a 6 month old female Cross-Breed. She is just a small girl who probably isn’t going to get too big. She will stay lapdog size and enjoy cuddles with her new owner. She is such a little cuddle bug and her life will be complete if she has her own person and her own sofa. Pixie is great with the other small dogs and enjoys their company. She has seen the cats but really didn’t have much interest in them. She does like cuddling with the children and feels safest in someones arms where she is warm and happy. Pixie is looking for a home where she can be the enter of the universe for someone that will adore her. She is soft and gentle and will give endless love and loyalty to her new family.

Millie – 6 month old female Cross-Breed

Image
Millie is a 6 month old female Cross-Breed. She is one of our girls with the really long lurcher type legs. They just seem to go on forever. She is a little shy when you first meet her and can take time to trust people. Once she does you realize that this girl is just stunning in looks and temperament. She loves the other dogs, she has no problems with the cat and she can play happily with the children. Millie enjoys the company of other dogs and will probably do best in a home with a confident resident dog to show her the way things are done. She could also be an only dog as long as she gets lots of attention and isn’t left alone to worry for too long. Millie is going to make a great family companion. Exif_JPEG_420 She will love being with her own family and being able to rely on them and have a place of her own to call home.

Lassie – 6 month old female Cross-Breed

Image
Lassie is a 6 month old female Cross-Breed. She is such a shy girl. She really does seem a little overwhelmed with everything right now but she will settle in time. We would love her to find a forever home before she gets too settled in life here. This is definitely one girl who would do so much better in a home. Lassie is dog friendly and has been playing nicely with the children. Exif_JPEG_420 At this time she appears to have a problem with cats and is grumbling at them although there has been no attempt to hurt them. We would deed to do more work with her before we can positively say whether or not she can be rehomed with cats. She is may be nothing more than she hasn’t seen them before. Lassie is a beautiful pale brindle color and has these amazing long legs.

Lady – 6 month old female Cross-Breed

Image
Lady is a 6 month old female Cross-Breed. She is happy and contented with life. She isn’t worried about anything and takes life in her stride. Lady is dog, cat and child friendly. She loves family life and wants to be with you all the time. You just get used to tripping over her when she will take off at high speed and do a couple of circuits of the garden before coming back and getting under your feet again. She will look up at you with the biggest smile as though she is saying look at me, did you see how fast i was? She is such a great little dog and i cant wait to see how she blossoms in her forever home.

Daisy – 6 month old female Cross-Breed

Image
Daisy is a 6 month old female Cross-Breed. She is a very slim girl with longer legs so maybe some type of lurcher type dog but we don’t really know. Daisy is the gentlest little dog. She loves everyone. She is kind and gentle and loving. She will happily cuddle up on your knee and just watch you to see how long you will stay there with her. Daisy is a happy contended girl and she is happy to go and play with the other dogs. She will happily run round an enjoy the garden. She is confused by the cat so we don’t think she has seen them before. She doesn’t bother them thought and she certainly doesn’t have a problem with them. She has been happy to play with the children although she isn’t keen on them shouting. Daisy is going to be able to fit in to pretty much any home. She doesn’t appear to have any downsides and is going to make such a loving family member.

Cece – 1-2 year old female Cross-Breed

Image
Cece is a 1-2 year old female Cross-Breed. She was rescued with her 6 pups from a hotel on the island. She gave birth under a bush during a tropical storm and was found by a guest at the hotel. Cece and her pups were taken to a foster shelter when her pups were only a few days old. They have been there since and are now ready for their forever homes in the U.K. The 6 pups are flying to the U.K. on a flight on the 6th of October into foster. There is another flight on the 12th October and Cece is able to come on that flight. She has been an amazing mum and now it’s her turn to have a chance of a forever home. She is a very sweet natured girl who is friendly and full of life and fun. She can be choosy about which dogs she likes and dislikes so would be better as an only dog within the home. Medium sized, height 62cms, current weight 13kgs and is fully grown. She is not cat tested. She is suitable to live in a home with children aged 8 and above. She is sterilised, fully vaccinate

Tris – 4 year old male Podenco

Image
Tris is a 4 year old male Podenco. He came from La Guarida. He had been abandoned for some time. He is such a loving boy. Tris is affectionate, playful, sweet and a lot of fun. When you meet him, you only need a few minutes to fall in love with him. He is looking for a home where he can be the only dog. Tris is in foster in Stockton on Tees with a Podenco foster sibling called Norman. NOTE: Tris had to have one of his kidneys removed, so will need to remain on a renal diet. The lack of one kidney does not hamper him in the slightest.

Kane – 5 month old male Labrador Cross

Image
Kane is a 5 month old male Labrador Cross. He is the result of another irresponsible litter. We rescued him together with 11 other puppies from a pound in Northern Spain. We have moved him to a boarding kennel in Spain where he is cared for and waiting to find his forever home soon. Kane is a typical puppy…playful, affectionate, lively and naught 🙂 He is a well socialized and happy boy, he loves to play with other dogs and is friendly towards people, but he hasn’t been used to life in a home environment, so his future family need to be patient and understanding with him, to help him learn how to walk nicely on a lead, for housetraining, boundaries, manners, and to continue his socialization process. We are looking for an active family or person, who is committed with the decision of adopting a puppy and with everything that this implies. A puppy needs to be completely educated and socialized, that is why we only consider a dog experienced home who knows how to manage the education

Rayo – 2-3 year old male Podenco Cross

Image
Rayo is a 2-3 year old male Podenco Cross. He is a little ray of sunshine who appeared in our lives as a stray. We believe he may have been abandoned by a hunter, as is often the case with Podenco mixes who aren’t good at their “job”. This breed is one of the most mistreated in Spain, but luckily for Rayo, he’s now safe in the care of his foster home in Northern Spain and ready to find his forever family. Rayo was very shy and nervous when he first arrived. He just needed some time to learn to trust people again and his foster home have worked brilliantly with him. He now knows how great it can be to receive affection and attention, and has been learning all about life in a home. Rayo will need ongoing training once he’s adopted, as he may be experiencing life in a home for the first time. He needs routine and consistency to encourage his housetraining and manners and gentle encouragement when he hears unexpected noises on his walks and is meeting new people. Rayo is a sensitive bu

Rosa – 10 month old female Akita

Image
Rosa is a 10 month old dinky little Akita who needs a new home through no fault of her own. She’s living happily with children 3+ but sadly hasn’t been socialized with other animals. When I assessed her today she doesn’t show any signs of anything unpleasant when she sees other dogs but she is very interested. I think she would be best as an only dog initially but she’s definitely got the potential to be socialized with other dogs. She does not live with cats so we wouldn’t rehome her with them. She’s a typical puppy in that she loves to play and will mouth a little at times. She travels well and is ok to be left for 3-4 hours at a time. She gave me lovely kisses today and seems to be a genuine sweetheart. She’s vaccinated and chipped but not yet spayed (she will be adopted on a strict contract that this must be done when she is old enough). Forever homes can be anywhere within the UK but you will need to travel to us in South Yorkshire. As always we require everyone in the family

Bailey – 8 year old male Chihuahua Cross

Image
Bailey is an 8 year old male Chihuahua Cross. He is a truly laid back, clever, funny and easy-going boy. He loves nothing more than a good bowl of food and will respond to commands if the treat is worth his effort. He’s playful and lively, likes attention and doesn’t mind visitors. Bailey very much enjoys his daily walks. Digging for mice in the fields is his specialty. Bailey loves chasing balls, but he’s not wildly sociable with other dogs. He tends to feel quite intimidated and may become defensive. He is however, cat friendly, living with cats at his current home. He’s used to walking mainly off lead in the countryside, but won’t mind staying on a lead either. He’s a perfect companions for long, gentle walks. Bailey is a happy, healthy dog and a truly beautiful soul. He is looking for a patient, understanding family, with no young children. He is currently living in Leicestershire.

Rio – 3 year old male German Short-aired Pointer

Image
Rio is a 3 year old male German Short-haired Pointer. He is looking for a new home. This is a sad case of a very lovely person and a very lovely dog who care about each other but who a rent a good match for each other. Rio is a friendly, affectionate boy who usually takes little notice of other dogs. Once settled into a home he is a fairly chilled out boy who loves his home comforts. He is however very, very strong on the lead and when out walking is so focused on his environment that it is impossible for him to focus on the person at the end of the lead. Rio needs a home with space. Someone with their own land would be ideal. He needs somewhere he can run safely every day to burn off energy and a quiet area without distractions where his people can start to try to work on his lead training. His person needs to be strong enough to manage him. He cannot be homed with cats.
