Diego – 10 month old male Cross-Breed

Diego is a 10 month old male medium-sized Cross-Breed. He is a beautiful boy looking for his forever home. He was rescued from a kill shelter with his sister at a few weeks of age and currently lives in West Yorkshire, where he is visitable.

Diego has a real kind and soft nature, he is very affectionate, loves giving kisses, and is always ready for cuddles or a tummy rub. He is very chilled and easy-going and gets on brilliantly with other dogs. He is very peaceful and sociable in general and good around dog-savvy children too.

He is great with other dogs on walks and currently lives with a medium-sized female dog who he has bonded nicely with. They love to play together.

He is fully house-trained, walks well on the lead, and has excellent recall off-lead too.

Diego would be happiest in a home where he is not left alone for extended periods and there is time for his training. He loves his walks followed by a nice snooze at home with his loved ones. We want him to be treated as a member of the family and included in family activities. His training will need to be continued, and he will need time to settle into his new home.

He is sensitive to noises and can get anxious, so he would be best suited to a rural home in a quiet area.

He would probably be happiest living with another friendly dog, although he might also be content being the only dog as long as his social needs are met.

He used to live with cats and has the potential to be rehomed with felines.

As with all rescue dogs, he will need time, patience, love, and commitment from his adopting family to become a happy, well-balanced dog.

Experience with rescue dogs preferred.

Diego is currently in West Yorkshire, where he can be visited upon arrangement.

He comes fully vaccinated, microchipped, and with an EU passport.
