Storm – 8 year old male Husky cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Storm is an 8 year old male Husky cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier. He is, according to his foster mum “a lovely, chilled dog”.

Poor Storm found himself in the care of WAW, as his owners no longer wanted him.

Storm is doing great in his foster home, who said: “He is very relaxed and absolutely beautiful to have around. He loves his morning walk; he is great with other dogs.

Storm loves just napping next to me, he is so gentle and follows me everywhere.”

Storm is a relaxed, friendly boy who loves people. He is good in the home, is house-trained, he hasn’t been left much but can do a couple of hours.

Storm walks well on his lead; his recall is OK and he is a good traveller. Storm would prefer a home where he is the only pet.

Storm is good with children but has never lived with any, so we would consider a home with older 12+ dog-savvy children.

Boton – 5 month old male Basset Fauve de Bretagne Cross

Boton is a 5 month old male Basset Fauve de Bretagne Cross. He is the result of another irresponsible litter. We rescued the mother with her babies when they were one month old in Northern Spain. After fighting against parvovirus only 2 babies survived and Botón is one of them. Poor Boton has had some bad luck in his short life… We thought we had found a lovely home for him, and then without so much as an explanation, the prospective adopters disappeared. So for this reason, Boton is still looking for his forever home, and we really want to make sure this time around, it’s the right one. His brother was recently adopted to the UK, and is doing very well, settling in like an absolute star and loving the company and attention of his new family.
