Youssou – 9 month old male English Setter

Youssou is a 9 month old male English Setter. He is a fantastic male English Setter. He is just a big pup really.
He was born 16th May 2021.

He is super affectionate and has a lovely nature. He is a very active dog. He loves to run with the other dogs and is extremely playful.

He is so affectionate with people! He will chase anyone he sees to try and get a cuddle from them.

On the first day Youssou arrived at the shelter we work in North Spain, he protected his food and was understandably nervous but not now he has settled in! He gets on well with all the dogs and eats with them happily.

If you are interested in giving Youssou a home, he is available at Setter Brittany Pointer Rescue. Youssou is currently in Spain but his bag is packed and he is ready to travel to a new home in the UK!

Boton – 5 month old male Basset Fauve de Bretagne Cross

Boton is a 5 month old male Basset Fauve de Bretagne Cross. He is the result of another irresponsible litter. We rescued the mother with her babies when they were one month old in Northern Spain. After fighting against parvovirus only 2 babies survived and Botón is one of them. Poor Boton has had some bad luck in his short life… We thought we had found a lovely home for him, and then without so much as an explanation, the prospective adopters disappeared. So for this reason, Boton is still looking for his forever home, and we really want to make sure this time around, it’s the right one. His brother was recently adopted to the UK, and is doing very well, settling in like an absolute star and loving the company and attention of his new family.
